This morning, we discovered that our service, CT Secureview, is not allowing customers to remotely view their surveillance cameras through the iVMS 4500 app or iVMS 4200 desktop software. While it’s frustrating not being able to use this feature, please be assured that your surveillance cameras are still functioning as normal and recording video. We apologize for the interruption in service and hope to have it back online soon.
